The fat loss code is broken down into 4 phases throughout the 12 months of the year. Phase 1 is the first 90 days and our only obligation together. However, 95% of my clients stay in the programme for 6-9 months on average and some much more. Those that do achieve the real life changing results that you want.
You must be able to put aside 3 x 30-45min of time for some form of movement over the course of each week. Access to a gym is a bonus but not a requirement.
No need to spend hours in the kitchen or prepping food. You already have a diet. We just need to optimise what you eat and control portion sizes and calories. I will teach you how to do that and you will still get to eat your favourite foods.
