My name is Gav Gillibrand and I’m the guy that helps busy professionals lose 20lbs or more in 12 weeks or less with behavioural change coaching, mentoring and a sprinkle of secret wizardry. I specialise in fat loss, body composition & conditioning and I have over 20 years experience as a coach in the health & fitness industry.

No gimmicks or fads, just results based on science and 1000’s of hours of experience.

What can you expect from my coaching?

You have to be coachable. What I mean by this is that you have to be open-minded. I’m never going to tell you to do anything. I will show what has worked for 100’s of clients and it’s up to you to use that information, take action and reap the rewards.

The great thing is, I will show you EXACTLY how to do that in literally the first week of us working together.
