What’s Your Philosophy?

How was your weekend?

Tom and I had a steak night with the lads, which turned out to be a bit of a reunion…

…a few of the guys hadn’t seen each other for years…

It was a great night.

We went to Goodman on Maddox Street in Mayfair…

I’m very sure many of you have been there.

If you haven’t then you must…the food was amazing.

We shared the 800g Chateaubriand…

…and the mac ‘n’ cheese, the chunky chips, spinach and a glass or five of vino rouge.


So we got our protein over the weekend, how about you guys?

But today isn’t about your diet, well not directly anyway.

I was thinking about why some people get results and some people don’t.

What is it that sets some apart from others?

Everyone is giving the same information.

Is it will power?

Is it education?

Everyone is looking for amazing results…a quantum leap if you will, but when it doesn’t happen in 30, 60 or 90 days, they quit.

If it was just access to information then we would all be rich, healthy, happy and successful but most of us are none of these things.

All the information that Tom and I share with you, you can get within seconds from google. You can also get a lot of misinformation but that isn’t my point.

So what is the vital ingredient that some have and some clearly don’t have?


You sure you are ready?

The secret ingredient is your philosophy.

What I mean is the way you think about simple everyday things.

So it’s not the information, it’s what you do with the information.

The right information works but it’s small consistent daily action that leads to lasting results.

NOT just doing some of the things for a few weeks…

it means using all of the information, forming habits and taking action every single day.

The common denominator with all the clients that have had great results with us is…

…their philosophy.

What’s your philosophy?

How are you living your life?

Is it consistent with your goals?

Are you taking action every day towards your goals?

Are you making the necessary changes needed in your life?

Do you realise that results take time, and that you can’t expect amazing results in a few weeks?

…the famous idiom states.

Ask yourself those questions right now.

If you can answer them with a yes, then you are on your way to achieving the results you desire…

…if not, well you know the answer to that.
